Every effort has been made to ensure that all patterns and projects are error free.  All the information is presented in good faith, however no warranty is given nor results guaranteed.  Therefore, I assume no responsibility for the use of this information or damages that may occur as a result. 
When errors are brought to my attention, I make every effort to correct a revision as soon as possible.

Order and Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase.  However because my patterns are copyrighted,
Sweet Season Quilts has a no return policy unless an item was sent in error or was damaged upon arrival.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact me immediately.

Sweet Season Quilts has the right to refuse or cancel any placed order.

Shipping

Whenever possible, orders will be shipped to customers in the US and Canada via USPS within 2-3 business days.  If there is any reason for delay, I will contact you.

International customers will receive electronic versions of patterns only when purchased on this website.
For physical paper patterns, International customers may order through Checker Distributors at www.checkerdist.com

Sales Tax

Sweet Season Quilts is required to collect 8% sales tax on all sales shipped to New York State addresses.

Wholesale Purchases

Qualified retail establishments may purchase my products wholesale direct from me. Two or more of any one pattern or kit is required, with a minimum of six items per order.  Contact me by email at sue@sweetseasonquilts.com.  Please include a phone number and I will contact you to take order and credit card information.  I can also invoice you through PayPal, where you may again use a credit card.  Once payment is received, all in-stock items will be shipped ASAP.

Copyright

All my patterns are original designs created by me, Sue Pritt.  Feel free to make copies of the patterns you purchased from me for personal use only – but not to share with friends or anyone else.

Please feel free to make items based on my designs for raffles, charity quilts, to exhibit or to sell at craft fairs.  Please be sure to include information on the quilt crediting Sweet Season Quilts for the pattern.

Do NOT make products based on my patterns for mass production.

Teaching my patterns

If you are teaching my patterns, each participant must purchase their own pattern. 
Do not make copies for the students.
