Summer can be very busy! Especially when I ‘throw’ in several workshops, but you know that I love teaching them and wanted to share some pictures with all of you.
First off, back in July, on the 22nd, I traveled over to Lee, Ma, to the Pumpkin Patch. Susan and Dan are so great, and they welcome you into their shop/home just like family! Three quilters signed up for an “Over East” workshop.
Here’s Mary, Barb and Janet, and here are their quilts . . . .
And for this month, there are three workshops scheduled, the 13th at Log Cabin Fabrics in Ravena, NY, the 20th at A Notion to Quilt in Shelburne Falls, MA, and another class this coming week at Pumpkin Patch Fabrics!
I absolutely adore all of these shops and the owners – Just walking into their shops is always an adventure. New quilting “stuff” to see each and every time!
Anyway, first was the quilters at Log Cabin Fabrics – we we had several different projects going on . . . .
Tina and all of the Over East patterns . . . . . . . . . and Mary with here Sandpipers
And some “Bag Ladies” Alice & Mary Jo and Sarah . . and Myra’s “Country Stable”
Then over East to Shelburne Falls, at A Notion to Quilt . . . .
there were a group of eleven quilters! Wow! Most doing “Over East” panels, but two opted out for making “Bobbi’s Bag” and another for “The Hen Party”.
And here are the quilters – Irene, Louise, Doris, Andrea, Ginger, Brenda, Cindy, Sandy, Marilyn, Beverly & Mary Ellen.
As you can see, we had a few camera shy quilters! LOL
And Louise brought in a special surprise for me , , , , her finished Painted Ladies. They are beautiful! Thank you for sharing Louise!
